Is there any chance of getting a plugin for Mogo Blog?

Or is there a simple way I can create one myself? New to PhP but willing to give it a shot if there are a few pointers to be had.

If anyone wants this to work:

Remember to get the Blog Search Mambot too or it will only display words and not allow Joomla to search the content.
