Once I figured out I needed to publish the Manage Plugins > Joomla Content Keywords Plugin v 2.0.0 plug-in, I was able to setup a cloud for meta-keywords and (by copying the module) a cloud for content plug-ins. Content (words) plug-ins started to make more sense to me (conceptually) once I started restricting the number and size of words that could appear.

Cool stuff! A great tool and feature. Thanks!
