I installed RAF Tag cloud and activated the SOBI2 plugin. I was in testing mode, so only generated the one keyword, "Guitar."

After playing around with the module, I decided it was not for me on this project. I unpublished the module, and started building the site in earnest.

The problem is that the word 'guitar' is now unsearchable by SOBI2. If you search for 'guitar' it is not found, but if I search for 'guita' that shows up as I have the option set to show similar words.

The only word that is blocked from search is guitar, which is the only word I actually published as a keyword in RAF.

I uninstalled RAF from my J1.0.15 install. I uninstalled the module also. Then I went into phpmyadmin and blew away all RAF tables.

Still no luck. RAF must have modified something elsewhere or left behind a file that is causing a problem.

Do you have any suggestions for how to correct this so that SOBI2 can not search for this word?

The Raf Cloud component uses the Joomla! search function.

Sure I have that in. The problem is not with the Joomla native search. The problem is that after having had 'guitar' as a keyword in RAF, I can no long find it using the SOBI2 native search.

Guitar is the only word that I had as a keyword in RAF. It is the only word that I can not find using SOBI2 native search. I can find 'guita' for example, but if I complete the word as 'guitar' the SOBI2 native search function will not find it.

To me, this is a stunning coincidence that RAF would have had this word as a tag, and that now I can't search for this word using SOBI2's native search.

I would say there has to be a connection, but I don't know what that is.

I was logging search strings. Now I'm not, but I was. Guitar is the first word in the search string log. The other four are working, but not Guitar. Is there any chance that RAF cached a search which is causing SOBI2 to skip this word?

It's probably problem with the sobi plugin that load tags from unpublished entries.
