I have a strange problem while trying to upload and install com_rafcloud_2.0.2 at Joomla 1.0.13 (German Language Version) because I always receive the following error message: Das Erstellen ist fehlgeschlagenen von Verzeichnis "/WWWROOT/xxxxx/htdocs/components/com_rafcloud/" (Template cannot be established)

The upload of the mod_rafcloud_2.0.2 went through without any issues. Then I removed the mod and tried to install the com first, but also without any success. I also modified the .htaccess as requested.

I really do not know where the issue is comming from. Does somebody else had the same issue or knows how to correct it?

one further information/thought.

Might it be possible that it is not getting to be installed because of the Formal German Language Package which is the basis of my Joomla 1.0.13 set-up?

All other com's which are installed have a German Language PHP, but RafCloud has English and Polish only.

I would really like to install this Extension, because I am convinced that it is better than all the other Tag Clouds which are out there.

Have you checked your directory permissions?
You should also update to the latest version in the 1.0.x series.

Hi,

I was updating to 1.0.15 and now its working.

The only issue is that the amount of displayed tags depends on the manually published tags in the "Manage tags" menu so far.

How can I restrict the number of tags to, let me say 20 tags, and let them automatically choosen by Rafcloud?
