Hello, i have Joomla site in Slovak language. Everything is fine, but some letters in tags are not encoded. For example:

pečiatka -> pe
čiapka ->
montáž -> montá

wrong encoded letters are "č", "ž".

I have enablet the mb_strtolower function. But i have still the problem.

Please help, thank you.
