Hi there,

i installed raf cloud local and everything works fine.

But after installing online (no errors) i went to configuration in Backend and did some settings and hit the "save-button" the following error occurs:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 47 bytes) in /is/htdocs/wp9874521_ZFROAJVHC9/www/includes/database.php on line 489

Well this is nearly impossible cause i dont have that much content and components that my RAM of 33MB should be empty!!!

Well i really wanted to use the great raf cloud! Any Ideas how to fix that

Open debug window - RafCloud->Config->Debug (bootom of page), try a few times.
You should see something like:

Wait 10s and refresh this page for debug report.

Well after refresh i can download index2.php. But this file is completely empty. (I did that 4 times - always empty)....

Me again,

i figured out that the sobi2-plugin creates the error. If i deactivate it in the plugin-manager the cloud works like a charm! If i publish it the Fatal-Error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 47 bytes) in /is/htdocs/wp9874521_ZFROAJVHC9/www/includes/database.php on line 489

occurs. Please help cause this sobi2 plugin is the Main-Reason for what i want to use your cool component.

Hi skorp,

thanks for the new version, but i cant install via pluginin-manager. Same error code as mentionbed above. So i load up manually via joomlaXplorer. Plugin is in plugin-directory but is not shown in the rafcloud-plugin-manager

How can i activate it manually?

You may have to upload .php file.

Hi,

yes of course i unzipped The rc_joomla_sobi2_plugin.php resides in the raf-cloud plugin directory where all the other plugins are (fireboard, smf........)

My sobi2 directory is quite big : around 9000 entries.

Hi!

Your directory is quite big and this version of component loads all data into one string.
I'm going to decrease memory usage in the new version.
You may have to increase your memory limit
