i have joomla site in hebrew , so when i installed it i see in the cloud only ??????? ???????
so how can i change the raf cloud to utf8 ?

Hi,
For my part, when a word had an accent, it cuts the word at the accented letter.
Ex:
début -> d
été ->
employé -> employ
boîte -> bo
The compoent is used with Joomla 1.5.1

Hi!
Yes, mb_strtolower is designed to handle Unicode-based encodings.
This option is available in Configuration menu
Components->Raf Cloud->Configuration->Lower-case function
tab "Words" and "Meta Keys".
