I have the e-weather component installed en configured with key.
The raf module is installed and the patch for the component.

First I got weather data only on the links page, but the module was empty on all other pages.

Did I forget any setting/configuration.

Could you try to set the debug level of Joomla higher, so that error/warning messages are displayed?
